No, your customers do not need to download the Mamo Pay app in order to pay you. They can pay you directly on your payment link using their debit or credit card or by using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The way it works:
- You create a payment link from your dashboard (see creating a payment link).
- Share it with your customer via any platform of your choosing (social media, email, text, etc.).
- Your customer enters their debit or credit card details or pays with Apple/Google Pay.
- Once the payment is successful, you both get an email receipt letting you know the details of the payment.
- The payment is automatically transferred to your registered bank account within your chosen settlement period.
