What is Mamo's complaint policy?


If you wish to make a complaint or suggestion (other than a Service Dispute), you can send an email to business@mamopay.com. We will ensure that all complaints are handled and addressed in a fair and timely manner. We will communicate with you regarding your complaint within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt (unless you notify us that the complaint has been resolved). We will respond to you with a decision regarding your complaint within fifteen (15) working days from the date we receive the complaint. Our complaints handling procedures are available free of charge and upon request.
