There are two ways to create a payment link; A) by using the Create a payment link button, and B) by going through the Payment links category. Let's break these down.
A) Use the Create a payment link tab:

- Log into your dashboard
- Click on the above tab located on the left-hand side of your dashboard
- Choose whether you’d like to set the amount for your customers
- Enter the description for the payment link (this step is optional)
- Continue to customize your new link depending on what fields you’d like on the payment link
- Give your link a label to help you keep track of it (see How do I label my payment link?). Labeling the link is for your internal use only; it won’t be visible to your customers on the payment form.
- Copy your new link and share away! 🎉
B) Use the Payment links category:
- Log into your dashboard.
- Go to the Payment links category located on the left panel of your dashboard.
- Click on the above tab located at the right-hand corner of your dashboard.
- Now follow steps 3 to 7 from A) to complete the process.
To keep track of the number and details of payments that have been received using a specific payment link, click on the link from the Payment links category. You can also download this information as a CSV file for your records.
