What happens if I want to cancel a refund?


If you have enough balance on your dashboard to cover the refund amount, then it will automatically be refunded successfully once you’ve initiated it. In this case, you won’t be able to cancel the refund.

On the other hand, if you don’t have enough balance to cover the refund amount after initiating the refund, it will remain pending. In this case, you can email us at business@mamopay.com to cancel the refund for you.
