You can tell why a payment failed by carrying out one of the following actions:
A) Hovering over the Failed status of a specific payment on your Payments category screen.
B) Clicking on the failed payment and hovering over the Failed status. The reason for failure is also displayed underneath the Payment amount.
You can also filter for failed payments to see the number of failed payment attempts you’ve had and their respective failure reasons (see how do I search for specific groups of payments...?).
