You and your customer will get notified via email if a payment fails. You can also find the failed payment on your dashboard.
For easy access, you can use the search and filter function in the Payments section to search for failed payments using the payment ID or customer name.
Alternatively, you can follow the below steps to see details of failed recurring payments:
- Click Recurring payments from the left panel of your dashboard and select the recurring payment you’d like to look into.
- Select the subscriber you’d like to look into
- Find and select the failed payment under All payments - Settlement status.
