Your customer can request the cancelation of their subscription directly from you (please see steps on how to cancel a subscription below). If the business is unresponsive, the customer can contact Mamo directly for assistance.
- Log into your dashboard.
- Click on Recurring payments on the left panel and select the payment containing the customer you’d like to unsubscribe.
- Select the customer you’d like to remove from the subscriber list of that payment.
- Click on Remove subscriber at the top right corner of your screen. The customer will immediately be removed from your subscriber list and notified via email.
