How do I unsubscribe a customer?


Your customer can request the cancelation of their subscription directly from you (please see steps on how to cancel a subscription below). If the business is unresponsive, the customer can contact Mamo directly for assistance.

  1. Log into your dashboard.
  2. Click on Recurring payments on the left panel and select the payment containing the customer you’d like to unsubscribe.


  3. Select the customer you’d like to remove from the subscriber list of that payment. 


  4. Click on Remove subscriber at the top right corner of your screen. The customer will immediately be removed from your subscriber list and notified via email.
