Why did I receive a settlement notification from Mamo but didn't receive the amount at the same time?


You get notified via email when your settlement is automatically transferred to your bank account. Depending on your bank, it might take up to a few hours for the transferred amount to reflect in your account. 

On the rare occasion that you still don’t have the amount twenty-four hours after receiving the settlement transfer notification, please don’t hesitate to contact us at business@mamopay.com
