You get notified via email when your settlement is automatically transferred to your bank account. Depending on your bank, it might take up to a few hours for the transferred amount to reflect in your account.
On the rare occasion that you still don’t have the amount twenty-four hours after receiving the settlement transfer notification, please don’t hesitate to contact us at business@mamopay.com.
