My customer has withdrawn the dispute, do I still need to submit evidence?

Yes. A withdrawn dispute is no different from any other dispute, and it doesn’t get resolved as a win or loss quicker than other disputes; it does improve your chances of winning the dispute. So, you’ll still need to submit the requested evidence before the deadline. Many card issuers treat failure to submit evidence as an acceptance of liability on your part.
