I want to challenge a dispute, what evidence do I need to gather?


When you receive a dispute, you’ll be notified via email with the details of the payment being disputed. 

  1. Tell us about your dispute - why do you believe the dispute against you is an error?
  2. Upload your evidence for the following criteria in addition to those listed in the guide image below:
    • Customer communication
    • Customer signature 
    • Receipt
    • Service documentation

You need to submit accurate and relevant high-resolution documents to support your case. You can only submit one file per type of evidence. We recommend a tool like Smallpdf to merge the documents together.
