In order to disburse payments in bulk, what information needs to be on my disbursement file?

It’s mandatory to have the following information on your disbursement file:

1. Recipient’s first name: must be as per the account holder’s name.
2. Recipient’s last name: must be as per the account holder’s name.
3. Transfer method: there are two types of disbursement methods. You have to indicate your preferred method:
   • Disbursement to a bank account.
   • Disbursement to a Mamo wallet. 
4. Account details (IBAN or email):
   • If disbursing payment to a bank account, please enter the recipient’s IBAN.
   • If disbursing payment to a Mamo wallet, please enter the recipient’s email address.
5. Amount: the amount must be entered in AED.
6. Reason: mention the reason for making the disbursement.
