What if the recipient does not have the Mamo Pay app ?


Disbursements to a recipient’s Mamo wallet will be done using their registered email address. If the recipient hasn’t yet registered for Mamo Pay, they’ll receive an email asking them to register and access the funds you’ve disbursed to them. If they do not register within three business days, the funds will be returned to your Mamo Pay for Business account, and you’ll be notified via email.
